Q: No VPP apps or books when accessing our MDM via web browser
We cannot longer see the apps purchased under our VPP. Profile Manager seems to work well, There's no error message at all. We can see the devices and users, and interact with them.
But when accessing the mdm from Safari (or any other browser) and clicking on Applications or on Books there's none of our VPP purchased items. Just a button to add an enterprise app and another to go to VPP purchases, but not the list of applications.
We have redownloaded and installed the token to no avail.
Accessing our VPP account, we see all our purchases.
We've reinstalled El Capitan over the old installation, updated the Server application and even installed Sierra. No changes.
Any help will be much appreciated.
