Install mac OS Sierra

Hello,

I have downloaded the Mac OS Sierra but I cannot install it. My MacBook Air fulfill the requirements and have enough space on the disk.

However, when I go to iTunes, I can see that i Have already downloaded the software but I see no button to click and install.

Can someone help me?

Thanks,

Tomas

If you have definitely downloaded Sierra there should be in your Applications folder an item called Install Sierra.app.

If so check it is 4.78Gbs, make a copy of it for safe keeping, somewhere else on your disc, or on an external drive or USB stick. Double-click the one in your Application folder to start the installation process.

If the item in your Application folder is not 4.78Gbs, then the download has not completed successfully, move it to the trash and delete, check also Launchpad for a Sierra icon, click and hold till it wiggles then click the 'x' to delete.

Restart the Mac relaunch the App Store, try to download again.
