Siri missing the first few words on iOS 10
Is anyone else having this issue?
Also...I cannot setup "Hey Siri" It never hears me when I try to speak during the setup. Have tried multiple resets, etc. Still does work.

I have the exact same issue. Tried everything and nothing. Dictation is the same
