Q: I have a problem with my 5s , When i enter to an app and I exit I see the app shadow on my screen

I understand from your post that your iPhone 5s shows a shadow of the app and keyboard you have been using after you close them. I recommend restarting your iPhone first. Then if the issue persists, the next steps I recommend would be to create a backup file if you do not have one already and then restore the iPhone and set it up as new. If the issue persists when the iPhone is set up as new that could indicate a hardware issue. If the issue is resolved restore your backup file. If the issue returns after restoring your backup file, then the issue is saved in it. You will then want to restore and set up your iPhone as new again. Then add your content to your iPhone manually.
