Q: Exchange Account set up problems

I am trying to open an exchange account on my desktop.  When I enter my username and password and go to the second page, the internal and external URL have account details that are grey and I cannot enter my exchange address.  What do I do? I have already gone to 'Accounts' and deselected 'Automatically detect and maintain account settings'
