Q: Can someone help me cancel my paid subscription to Napster (formerly Rhapsody)?

Can someone please provide me with instructions on how to cancel my paid subscription to Napster? I signed up for Rhapsody in June for a work event and no longer need the app; it recently switched to Napster. I've tried to cancel through the app on my iPhone, but it says I need to do that through iTunes. I've tried to do through the App Store and iTunes on both my iPhone and desktop, but cannot locate any option to actually cancel a paid app subscription. This is very frustrating and costing me $10/month. Apple Support has not been responsive, so I'm hoping someone who has had a similar challenge can help me. Thank you!
