If you go to System Preferences>Startup disk is WIndows an option?
If you open Disk Utility do you see the Boot Camp/WIndows partition?
When you said "installing OSX on Mac 10.11.5" just what did you do?

Can you post a screenshot of what Startup Disk shows?
- If you boot with the Option key depressed what is listed?
