MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013 - White blur on screen

Hey guys, anyone already had this problem?

Seems my macbook has a white blur around the screen and after using for ~1 hour it removes the blur.

Not sure if it's related but this happened after I installed the GM build macOS Sierra.

What I already tried:

- Restarted

- Reset SMC

- Making the battery die at 0% and then charging 100% again

- Keep the display off for long hours
