Probably - here is a users list of extentions they hae looked at - Photo Editing Extensions for Photos for Mac -- with comments - and with the external editors for Photos you can use any photos editor from Photos so you are not limited to onew with extentions

I like the application DxO Perspective for perspective correction. It is very intuitive and can easily be called from the "External Editors" extension. You can simply mark lines that should be parallel - perpendicular or horizontal, and the photo will be transformed.
