My videos won't load anymore. Can anyone tell me if this be from the 3rd party installation of Trusteer (Rapport) End Point Protection?

I've tried to figure this out myself, and this seems to be ONE of the areas that might be the problem. I'm assuming this was added by my bank for security issues. I'd like to uninstall it to see if it's the problem or at least part of the problem, but I'm not sure if I should. Does anyone else have this issue?

VIN, MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
