Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We're sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your iPhone after a recent upgrade to iOS 10. Based on what you are describing (multiple audio issues across different apps and services, which started just after the upgrade), we may want to try reinstall a fresh copy of iOS to help resolve (or at least rule out) any potential system software issues. Once iOS is reinstalled, you will want to test and see if the issue persists or returns. The process is outlined in the following article under the section "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up" (the article itself is aimed at a slightly different issue, but the steps outlined are still applicable in this case):
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on - Apple Support
Note: While this process generally shouldn't affect your data or settings, it's always best to have a full backup of your data just in case. If you haven't recently backed up your device, you may also find this article helpful:

AccessibilityMy wife too has this problem only it with a new iPhone 7. Her Resound hearing aids were working perfectly with her 6s, but when we bought the new phone, it has a hard time staying paired, disconnects and reconnects in her ears, and has a very hard time using the telephone as they keep cutting out. I've reset the settings which only helped for a short time. I'll try re downloading the Kirkland software again to see if that helps.
