Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you'd like to share Reminders from your iPad with a PC. I know staying connected across devices can be very helpful and convenient. I am happy to help.
You can use iCloud to update your Reminders and other content across all of your devices. If you haven't already you can download iCloud for Windows using the link below.
Download iCloud for WindowsOnce you've gotten iCloud set up on the PC, on your iPad go to Settings > iCloud and turn on Reminders. Then on your PC open iCloud for Windows and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars & Tasks. The following links provided additional assistance for using iCloud and Reminders.
