Q: Bose QuietComfort 20 Noise-Cancelling Earphones

I received my new iphone 7 plus just the other day but my mic on my Bose headphones doesn't always work when i am talking to people on the phone. I wondered if anyone else had trouble with this.

Other users have reported experiencing issues with both Apple and third-party headphones.

Apple is reportedly working on a fix.

In the meantime, I suggest letting Apple know that you are also experiencing problems:
