Can't accept terms of service

Hello, I am trying to install some software from the app store. And it tells me I need to accept the new terms of use. I click on "ok" and then nothing happens. I understand this affected iPhone 6, and that error was corrected but I am using apple mac pro 10.10.5 and it has not.

I understand from your post that you get a prompt that you need to accept the terms of use, but they're never appearing. In order to help resolve this issue I'd like you to please sign out of the Mac App Store, restart your Mac, and then sign back in to the Mac App Store.
