Don't know if my email is a spam

Hello, today I got an email with the subject "Your invoice status has been changed [PROCESSED]"

It is from do.not.response@deploy.apple.com

First of all I'm confused as it is not from my normal apple ID email. However, I'm pretty sure that I've been told that this particular email address has already been registrered for an itunes account, even though I can't remember doing it and wasn't able to log into it.

The product is a music subscription of £19.99 a month, and an iPhone that's not mine (however I know someone with that name). The only link in the email is in this sentence: To cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving this invoice,go to Cancel and Manage Subscriptions

I'm not sure if its legitimate, and then what to do...
