Q: My iPad is continually freezing.

This seems to be due to it trying to download a 4GB movie from iTunes (a message comes up - "Unable to download..."etc). It then freezes and reboots after about 5 minutes.

I have synced the iPad manually with iTunes on my Mac Pro and set it not to sync any movies. However, the problem remains. It makes the device practically unusable when an internet connection or 4G is on. Any help gratefully received!
