Unable to search icloud contacts in Outlook 2016

I am using Windows 10. I recently upgraded to the latest version of Icloud. I synced my Icloud contacts with Outlook 2016. Now I am unable to search those contacts. Can anyone help?

Try un-syncing them and re-syncing again to see if that might resolve it.

How is it that you synced them in the first place? Get help using Outlook with iCloud for Windows - Apple Support
