My Macbook won't restart/shut down after installed the newest OS X sierra....Everytime the Installation is done and the macbook have to restart it only shut down my Menubar and the Folders. It stay's on the Desktop and won't restart. Anybody had the same Problem?

I had the same issue with MacOS HighSierra 10.13.1. When I try to restart or shutdown my iMac, the menu bar disappeared, but nothing else happened. So I was forced to press power button for shutdown. This behavior also prevented me from installing the update to HighSierra 10.13.2, because a proper restart is necessary for installing a new update. But I figured out a way to come around this issue.
That's what I did:
1) backup your data
2) on update page of App Store, press "install" to download update for HighSierra 10.13.2
3) press "restart"
-> now menu bar disappears, but nothing else happens...
4) start any other app, e.g. mail
-> menu bar appears again
5) in menu bar choose Apple Logo -> Force Quit...
6) select entry for Finder and press "relaunch"
-> iMac restarts and installs update
In case you get stucked during update on "grey screen" be patient... However, if for a long while really nothing happens, press power button to force shutdown. Restart your iMac. Now, installation shall continue and finish without further issues.
After HighSierra 10.13.2 was installed successfully, also the reported issue with hanging restart / shutdown did not occur anymore.
At least, that's how it worked for me. Good luck!

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Community! I understand you're having trouble with restarting your MacBook after updating to macOS Sierra. I use my Mac daily, so I can understand wanting to make sure you're able to use yours as you need to.
If you're unable to shut down your Mac, I recommend to try to force it to turn off. When you start up after forcing it to turn off, it may take a little longer than normal to start up. You can find those steps below.
Turn off (shut down) your Mac
- Choose Shut Down from the Apple menu.
- Or hold down the power button for up to 3 seconds, until your Mac asks whether you're sure that you want to shut down your computer now. Click Shut Down.
If you can't shut down your Mac because it isn't responding, you can force it to turn off without shutting down. Hold down the power button for 5 seconds, until your Mac turns off. Use this method only when you can't shut down. You'll lose any unsaved changes to documents that you have open.
How to turn on or turn off your Mac
Once you start back up, you can confirm your current software version for your Mac by clicking the Apple logo > About This Mac. If you're still experiencing trouble with the macOS Sierra installation after restarting, reply back with more details about what's happening.

thanks for your reply...But the Problem ist not to shut down the mac..the problem is that the mac have to restart when OS X is installed to complete the Installation. and thats the thing he won't do. 😟

Thanks for the update. Before continuing through any further troubleshooting, the first thing that I recommend to do is back up your data on your Mac to ensure that it's safe. You can do that using Time Machine:
Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac
Once your Mac is backed up, the next thing I recommend to try is restarting your Mac into safe mode. Once in safe mode, you can try to install the update and see if it completes and then restarts your Mac normally.
Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up
If safe mode does not do the trick for you, then I recommend to start up in OS X Recovery and then select the 'Reinstall OS X' option. It's possible that the update didn't install properly and reinstalling can fix that issue.
