Iphone 7 keyboard is missing emoji option

I figured out; the emoji keyboard dropped into languages!

Yes, having the same issue. The emoji option is on the list of Keyboards but no option to activate.

It still doesn't work. The emoji keyboard is on my enabled keyboards list but yet it doesn't feature.

Go to Settings>General>Keyboard>Keyboards and install the Emoji keyboard.

From what I've heard on these boards, the BitMoji keyboard hasn't been updated for iOS 10.

Did you ever get you emojis back? I am having the same problem. I downloaded Bitmoji as well and like you are no longer able to do my regular emojis. Will you help me get them back?

My boss just encountered this on her iPhone7. I already tried the suggestion, rebooted afterward because there was no option to install the emoji keyboard so I resorted to the internet for a possible answer.

Bitmoji doesn't seem to work properly anymore. Contact the developer of the keyboard for assistance. Meanwhile, enable the built in emoji keyboard according to the directions given above.

Or, use actual words.

Are you trying to use Bitmoji? Or are you trying to use the built-in Emoji keyboard. Did you follow the directions I gave above for how to enable that keyboard?

Once you've installed it, on any keyboard, tap on the Globe key, then tap on "Emoji".

Which part of those instructions is not working for you?

Remove any third party keyboards you have installed.

Do you have any other third party keyboards installed? If so, delete them and try again.

Next steps to try: power your phone off and on again and try again. Reset your settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. Be aware you'll have to redo any changes and customizations you've done in settings. Restore from a back up. Restore as new.

When you tap on "Add New Keyboard" you get Suggested Keyboards, Third-party Keyboards and Other iPhone Keyboards. Emoji is (and always has been) in Other iPhone Keyboards.
