Q: Lost contacts from my iphone

I understand that you have recently lost some of your contacts and you are looking to restore them. I know it's important to have your information secure and accessible, so I'm happy to help.
If you sync your contacts with iCloud, there are a few different things that can be done to try to recover them. This article has additional information:
If you accidentally deleted your calendars, reminders, or contacts from iCloud - Apple Support
If you do not use iCloud for your contacts, you may be able to restore a recent backup that included these contacts. You can see how to do that with the steps in this article:
