My printer not detected by my iMac

Hi, I have the same printer setup for about more than a year. Today, the printer is not printing. My printer is seeing the wi-fi network and my computer is seeing the network. I have reinitialized the printer, I restarted my computer, I have reseted the router but I have the same problem. I deleted the printer in Preferences and tried to create a new one. What appeared is an empty window of printer. I was expecting the OS to search for a printer on the network but nothing happened. I tried to enter the IP address3 of the printer but, all I see is a generic printer and I can't print anyway. I tried to enter the printer name but no luck.

The only think that I did yesterday is to get the new version of Safari, but I doubt that there is connection. Any ideas why the OS is not even searching on the network to discover a new network? Thanks.
