If I understand you correctly, you ordered online and chose to pick up in store. If that's correct, you should receive an email when the device is ready for pick up.
You keep using that word, "Remove", i don't think it means what you think it means.

When you buy online, and setup to pick up in store, it will tell you when you can do so via e-mail, and in your order page on the website.
If I can not take (remove) the day that is indicated, can take on another day?
When It becomes available for pick up, you will get a notification with a time frame in which to pick up. After that you may need to call the store and re-schedule pickup with them at that point.
