Oct 16, 2016 11:11 AM in response to aaplannieby AFRobbie,Worked the first time but after sending the computer to sleep it crashed again. Also, something odd happened with the image size which went low res yet physically much bigger. All in all very odd and thoroughly annoying. What are we supposed to do if we have jobs relying on being able to use a printer with Photoshop? Anyway thank you for your solution - I made a tiny bit of progress on a current job with your help!

Oct 16, 2016 8:33 PM in response to trevozby aaplannie,I really don't want to get into a war about this. Here's my complaint and question. The developer version was out for months before the masses got it. Where was Adobe? They could have accessed the build and had Ps ready to go when Sierra launched. Instead they waited until Sierra was in the hands of everyone including many Ps users and then initiated work to fix the problems. Is this not correct? Is this just a "got you by the short one's" viewpoint or laziness or what?

Oct 19, 2016 12:14 PM in response to aaplannieby Solidairs,JUst returned from a frustrated photographer's studio - try this:
find a file type ( jpeg,tif etc)
right click : file info
you may find either Sierra or CC in Sierra has changed the "open with" option to "Preview"
change it to Photoshop CC and use CHANGE ALL option.
printer no longer crashes from Photoshop.

Oct 19, 2016 12:49 PM in response to Solidairsby AFRobbie,Thank you. Have done this. Fingers crossed! Problem seems to be intermittent so if I can go a day without crashing then the problem is solved for Jpegs at least. Problem is it's doing it with PSD documents on my laptop too.
