Q: iTunes U enrolment not working after Apple update

When I turn on the enrolment key, it still says enrolment off.  If I close down iTunes U and reopen the course enrolment switch is turned off again.  This is preventing any pupils from joining and viewing the course.  This was working fine until latest Apple update.

    You may have already checked this, but if you tap "Course Settings", is your course in-session? If so, and the end date has passed, I suggest you move the end date to the future, then try changing your enrollment again.

    HI,

     

    I think you are correct in that the courses with the enrolment issues are in session and expired.  When I try to adjust the dates they don't seem to save and simply return to the original dates.  This is preventing the auto enrolment from being switched on.  Any ideas?
