Q: Unlock with Apple Watch: Always "Activate..."

Hallo,

 

I have MacOS Sierra on Mac Late 2013. When I want to activate unlock with apple watch the system says "Activate" and "Activate" and "Activate"... 20 Minutes later: "Activate" and then: "Lost Connection to Apple Watch".

 

Restarts don't help me.
