Q: Terminal Opens at Startup

For no apparent reason, Terminal has been opening on startup the last few days.  I certainly have made no changes or added this to my Startup items.

Of course I can close it out, but doing this without my prompt has me a bit concerned.

Thoughts?
Solutions?
