I am not able to send or receive Activity Sharing requests

Me and my wife are running iPhone iOS 10 and Apple Watch os3

Both were restarted and we still can't send each other invitations for Activity Sharing.

I am sending a request but the other person is NOT receiving any requests...

Anyone else is experiencing issues like that?..

Unfortunately no.

Tried resetting phones, watches... did invites from from both phones, but nothing is getting delivered.
