I'm unable to submit the form for repair...It keeps saying somthing went wrong. The transaction will expire on Sep. 30, my AppleCare is going to expire soon.

I was going to copy/paste my post from another forum, but Apple have actually now confirmed that the problem is at their end.

I'm having the same issue getting an exchange for an iPhone X. Apple insist that everything is fine at their end, but I've confirmed with my bank that Apples systems aren't even trying to authorise the hold on the card.

Without knowing the precise message, it is hard to even get started
So basically, yesterday I called Apple for setting up a repair for my phone. Then they email me with a link to fill out my payment info. But after I complete everything and submit it, it says "something went wrong...We'll have everything fixed and back to normal soon". So the website crashed? for 2 days? The transaction is going to expire next week that's what I worry about
Maybe not crashed, but something went wrong for sure = call 'em back and tell them - in detail - what happened
Why When I click to pay securely for my repair and complete the form, it says something went wrong
