To manually add data to the Health app:
- On your iPhone, open the Health app.
- Tap on the Health Data tab.
- If you are not initially on the main Health Data screen, tap on the "< Health Data" link (upper-right) to return to it.
- Select which category of data you wish to add:
- Activity, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Sleep, Body Measurements, Health Records, Reproductive Health, Results, Vitals.
- On the next screen, tap on the metric that you wish to add:
- Metrics that already contain data for the current week are displayed in box format, with current totals.
- Others are listed below in list format, under "No Recorded Data".
- Whether in box form or list form, tap on the metric to select it.
- For example: if you previously selected Health, you might next select Blood Glucose.
- On the next screen, tap on the "+" sign (upper-right), then add your data and tap on Add (upper-right) when done.
