How to add manual data to health app in iOS?

I'm using Apple Watch Series 1 with Watch OS 3.

Very useful for me was adding data to Health app manual. Now with Watch OS3, I couldn't find these option.

Can someone help me in this case?

Thanks, Michael

Hi Michael

To manually add data to the Health app:

  • On your iPhone, open the Health app.
  • Tap on the Health Data tab.

If you are not initially on the main Health Data screen, tap on the "< Health Data" link (upper-right) to return to it.

  • Select which category of data you wish to add:

Activity, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Sleep, Body Measurements, Health Records, Reproductive Health, Results, Vitals.

  • On the next screen, tap on the metric that you wish to add:
    • Metrics that already contain data for the current week are displayed in box format, with current totals.
    • Others are listed below in list format, under "No Recorded Data".
    • Whether in box form or list form, tap on the metric to select it.
    • For example: if you previously selected Health, you might next select Blood Glucose.
  • On the next screen, tap on the "+" sign (upper-right), then add your data and tap on Add (upper-right) when done.
