iCloud

Q: logging in to ICloud

im trying to reset my iPad but it needs a iCloud password that I cant remember.

The problem is the box that comes up requesting it as my old email address in it.

How can I get round this?

iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.5

Enter your Apple ID and click Forgot Password.

Thanks I've tried that.
WHen I try to reset the log into iCloud box comes up and it still as the old email address in it.

Did you try entering your old Apple ID in the 1st link and then click I forgot password. If that doesn't work, call Apple ID support.
