Issues with customized ringtones

Since updating both iPhone 6s and iMac to latest I have lost all of my purchased/customized ringtones. I see them in my iTunes library under Tones but do not show up in either the Contacts app (iMac nor iPhone) nor in Sounds or phone or Contacts on my iPhone neither are they in my Clock app. How can I get them back?
