Mail name from hotmail disapear in iOS 10

Hi...

When I send an email from iOS 10, my name disappears at receiving (at Outlook.com or in Outlook on Windows). At receiving it's only my e-mail address that is showed.

If I send from the same mail address, but from a device with iOS 9, then it's received with my name with...

Is it a bug or a feature?
