I can turn it off and back on, it shows the apple logo then it goes to a blackscreen with the backlight on. Computer wont detect it, cant put it into recovery or dfu mode. How do I make it work again? I really dont want to lose the data. It's not the battery for sure, I replaced it when this started happening.

With everything you have done so far it sounds like hardware. My suggestion is to call your local Apple Store and make an appointment to have them look at it and determine what is wrong with it.
If you don't have your data backed up, there is an extremely good chance you will lose it.
Why would my hardware just give out all the sudden? It hasnt been dropped, hasn't gotten wet.
Hardware can fail at anytime.
Which hardware failing would cause this behavior?
That is why I suggested that you take it to Apple so they can find out for you.
