You're not sharing an iCloud ID with her, are you?
We do share an iCloud account.

Same here. After upgrading to iOS 10 and macOS Sierra Siri on the iPad and iMac uses my wife's name. And yes, we are using the same account (which is under my name).

Don't do that. Each person should have their own iCloud account. They are not meant to be shared. You should also each have your own user account on the Mac, so that you can each sign in with your personal iCloud account instead of sharing.
I meanwhile found a solution for this.
Check your contacts, most probably your wife has a card with this email address under "My card" at the top. Remove it from there and create a card with your contact information (including your iCloud ID) and then choose "Make This My Card" from the Card menu.
This worked for me.

Sorry KiltedTim, I mis-read you comment. We do have separate iCloud accounts. We use Family Sharing to share email, calendars, contacts, music, etc.
Claus,
There is a card in contacts for her that is marked as "My Card." I'm pretty sure it wasn't there yesterday. It only has her name and looks like it came from FaceTime. It has no email addresses. I can't delete this card from the device I'm using (logged in to my account). Strangely, this card doesn't show up in Contacts on her iPad (logged in to her account).
There is also a regular card for her that shows just her iCloud account email address and another for her gmail account. The card for me in Contacts is also marked as "My Card" and only contains my iCloud email address and my gmail address.
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks for your help.

After more digging I discovered Contacts had a Facebook account (Contacts > Preferences > Accounts) and the account was enabled. I unchecked the box to "Enable this account" and the additional entry for my wife went away in Contacts.
So now there is only one card marked as "My Card," but Siri still thinks I'm Barbara - even after restarting the computer. When I ask Siri "What's my name" it replies "Barbara" and displays the card that used to be there when the Facebook account was activated.
Remember the days of Apple when things "just worked?"
Jay (not Barbara)
I also had this issue. Siri was using my wife's name even though I had my contact card selected in Contacts. When I asked what my name is, it showed a contact card for my wife from her Facebook information. This wasn't even in my Contacts so I was confused.
To resolve the issue I went to System Preferences/Internet Accounts. In Internet Accounts I found a Facebook account that was my wife's facebook account. I deleted it and restarted my computer. This resolved my issue. Search Internet Accounts and see if any of them are not you. If so delete the ones that aren't you and restart. I hope this works for you.
I have a difficult name to pronounce, had the same problem. Solved it with the phonetic representation.
1. Selecto your card
2. Click on the plus ➕ icon.
3. Select Phonetic representation
4. In the new text block just type your name as it would sound.
Hope it works!😀
That's exactly the answer I've been looking for! Solve the very same problem for me Thanks
Thanks bagoosh!
Deleting the Facebook account in System Preference > Internet Accounts and restarting took care of it. It is nice to be me again.

I think something had happened prior but until Siri used my wife's name in responding to me I was unaware. Somehow (!!!!) there were TWO cards in "Contacts" tagged with the "My Card" (silhouette) icon. This was my wife's card and my card. My solution was that after I saved a .vcf card from hers (Dragged card to desktop) and copied the notes over into a pages doc I could repair this. Somehow when I removed her card, mine was also untagged as "My Card" (Contacts: Cards : "Make this My Card" ). I needed to reboot my MBPro in order to reset My card as My Card and then reboot AGAIN in order to make Siri know my name. I then dragged my wife's .vcf card file back into contacts. Now I'm going to reboot to confirm it doesn't reset my card as her card and start this whole waste of time all over again. What I'd really love to know is how this happened in the first place and how to assure it doesn't happen again.
