Hi,
I had just solved my long term problem of the mail app embedding images in the email body rather than attaching jpegs to the message on iOS9. My problem was that I had rich text in my email signature... then iOS10 was released.
Since upgrading to an iPhone 7 (running iOS10) it is embedding the images again. I have emailed the same images from an iPad on iOS 9 and it sent them as jpeg attachments so my conclusion is an issue with iOS 10.
Am I missing something or do other people have this problem? I have searched online and haven't seen any chatter so maybe it is an isolated incident.
Any feedback will be helpful. Note, I have deleted my signature, re-typed it with "standard iPhone" text, deleted the email account, added it again.
