family share payment info change

I have signed into and out of ICloud, ITunes and the app store. I changed my credit card info online but there is no option to change the "Family Share" card. Sooooo frustrated!! I am trying to add an additional phone to the family share and they want the security code for a card that I have not had for a long time now. HELP PLEASE😢
