IN the last week or so my IPhone 5c has stopped receiving SMS text from other IPhone users. I have had the phone for two years now without having any problems so I'm not sure why this is happening. I have totally shut the phone down and then start again The software is now IOS 10. This seems to happen when I shut off iMessage which I didn't have to do before? Does anyone have a suggestion or has had the same problem?
