Trying to pair my apple watch with my mac book pro so that I can unlock the mac book when I am wearing the watch. This is something that the apple website says can be done, but my watch is not showing up on Bluetooth or WiFi. Says that it must be paired first. No help given on the website.

having the same problem, i followed the steps but i don't see option to allow apple watch to unlock...I have later OS and newer mac pro.
