Q: How can I reinstall iOS 10 on my iPad. I had a problem updating and had to force a restart. Now some apps do not work.

While updating my iPad to iOS 10 it locked up and I had to restart it. Now a few apps are not working.

IS it possible to reinstall iOS 10 or do I just have to wait for the next Apple Update?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 9.3
