Sep 22, 2016 12:43 AM in response to inglebergby Jonathan UK,Hi
At present under watchOS 3, labels for iPhone alarms do not show on Apple Watch.
If you would like to request that Apple restores this feature, you can do so here:

Sep 22, 2016 5:18 AM in response to inglebergby seanfromllanelli,If you go to alarms on watch, the tap an alarm, you will then see an edit page, scroll down to label, touch it to edit.I found it can be done by using voice. Not see a keyboard. Then come out and your label will be saved, I used Work as my alarm label for example. Hope this helps.

Sep 26, 2016 11:15 PM in response to seanfromllanelliby ColonelPanik,This is not applicable. That only works for alarms created on the watch. The OP was talking about alarms from the iPhone. Watch OS 3 has lost the ability to show the alarm name set on iPhone. This existed on Watch OS 2 but has disappeared on 3.
