Go to each of the areas you don't want to receive email from and click the Following button at the top right corner; if you're running ad-blocking software, you may need to temporarily disable it.

If desired, you can instead click here and turn off the email notifications completely.

Check your account's preferences page and change the email settings so that you no longer get emails for Content I'm following. You can set the other options to suit your taste. You need to scroll down to find the Save button.

If you want to continue to receive some emails for some threads see your following communities to unsubscribe from any communities (two, iCloud on my PC and iTunes for Windows) and your following content to unsubscribe from individual threads (two including this one). You're not currently following any people (this link would need opening in a new tab). You can use the gear icons to unfollow items.

If Content I'm following is already off, and you're still receiving emails, try turning it on, save the change, then turn it off and save again.
