How to setup IKEv2 VPN on macOS Server 10.12
IKEv2 is mentioned in the release notes of Server 5.2 but I can't find instructions anywhere pertaining to it. Does anyone know where I might find a tutorial to set it up?
If you are referring to -
• Set new IKEv2 authentication method option or specify IPSec disconnect on idle timeout for VPN
Then this is a new feature for Profile Manager on Server.app it is not a new feature of the VPN server on Server.app. You would have to use a different non-Apple provided VPN server in order to implement IKEv2.
Note: As clients El Capitan or later, and iOS 9 or later support IKEv2. (iOS 8 had limited support.)
