I am downloading some software updates from iTunes. One of the updates (Safari 10.0) downloaded just fine but for the other update (GarageBand 6.0.5) I get a message “Update Unavailable with This Apple ID.” I only have one Apple ID, but years ago I had another Apple ID. Every now and then I run into this problem. I have no access to my previous Apple ID email. How can I fix this problem?
(I wish I could have found a better category to put this issue under. There's no Apple ID or Update choice)
