NHS Mail 2 issues (owa)-safari does not support since nhs mail transition July 16

I use NHS mail accessing via web browser safari or google chrome. Since NHS mail updated back in June for myself, becoming NHS mail 2, (owa) Safari or google chrome usually cannot locate the server. I had no issues prior to this transition.

NHS IT appear not to be able to solve the problem.

If anyone had similar problem and solved it please let me know how. I have at moment Safari 9.1.3
