I deleted iCloud from my iphone but there is some data in storage, how to delete it?

I deleted iCloud account from my iPhone because I am moving to Android.


But there is still some data left on iCloud account. How to delete that account and how to deactivate my account?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6
