Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like the alarms turn themselves off after you turn them on.
I would recommend you read these articles, they may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for the info. I have done both a restart and a hard restart with nothing changing. I erased and reinstalled from a backup and now it won't set an alarm. I have tried to set it using Siri and it crashes!

Thanks for the update. It looks like after you restored the Apple Watch from a backup now the app crashes when you use Siri.
Another thing we can do is restore the Apple Watch to factory settings then do not restore it from a backup and see if the issue persists.
I would recommend you read these articles, they have the steps on how to erase the Apple Watch and pair it again to the iPhone. If you forgot the passcode for your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Apple WatchI also have this problem. I have 11 alarms set to go off on weekdays (I'm a teacher). Only four will stay on, all the rest slide back off as soon as I slide them on. I never had this problem with my original Apple watch which ran the previous software. please fix this soon or I will be sending this one back!!
