Unlock Mac 2008 late

Hello

i am running Sierra on MacBook Pro late 2008

i have iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch 2

Could someone tell if it possible to unlock my Mac using iPhone or Apple Watch without using Bluetooth dongle?

Maybe some app could do the trick?

I don't have available USB slots but do not want to type password every time when Mac locks the screen.
