Dear Apple People
Hello, I opened an apple account for my aunt and she forgot her ID; and I have no idea how I typed it coz it's been 5 years. Now her iPhone is blocked and the only thing we know is her phone's IMEI number and first letter of her icloud.com address. How can we unlock and use it now?

Yeah., I have been trying to figure it out through these and the main issue is we don't know how we typed her name and Apple ID, so it's kind of mess and trying to guess her ID now!
Create a new one for her. After five years there isn't anything she needs from the old Apple ID. Wouldn't that solve your problem?
We have to use her iPhone 5 with locked by her Apple ID! Trying to use it!
Ahhh. Well, that's a real problem. The only possible solution is to take it to the local Apple Store along with proof that she is the original owner such as the box and/or receipt. She will need her identification and, of course, the iPhone.
Forgot my apple ID and password, Only thing I know is my IMEI number! How can I start my phone now?
