Its a first time i m facing an issues with ios updates not able to use the iphone.
i cannot use any of basic features like sms or whatsapp not loading key pad only.
When r u coming up with the fix or let me know what will be the revert back strategy revert back asap.

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.
