my com. is not downloading the newest itunes

trying to download newest itunes and it keeps going back to the same screen? Not sure if its because I do not have something it requires, and if so how can I just re download last version.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems like you are having trouble updating iTunes to the newest version in Windows.
I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

If you have difficulty downloading the iTunes installer file try; unticking the "Keep me up to date..." box, clearing your browser's cache, changing pop-up blocker settings, right-clicking or ctrl-clicking the download button, using an alternate browser, or using the direct links from here.
